Colborne Lodge High Park- Enchanted Garden
This shoot Enchanted Garden is one of my favorite shoots this year! Our shoot has been published over on Champagne Sweets Wedding Blog. I love getting outdoors and being able to work with the natural beauty that is around. I actually fell upon this spot in High Park while I was out scouting for the perfect location for this shoot! Colborne Lodge is a small house that was built by Toronto’s first architect’s, John Howard, he and his wife actually founded high park. He built the lodge for himself and his wife Jemina, they lived there for many years. Today, the lodge is used for small weddings and events. I can seat up to 30 people in the lodge and 20 in the Veranda. It is a lovely spot for a wedding. You can check out the Colborne Lodge for rental details here. I really wanted to create a shoot that was not a traditional bridal look. I love the beautiful tones that Rebecca choose for this. These types of dresses are perfect for the bride that doesn’t want a traditional wedding gown. Beautiful for a small garden wedding or elopement.
Thanks to the amazing team that helped bring this shoot to life!
